This downed custom Harley was the victim of a maniac making a U-turn through a break in the center divider. The driver of the car that made the U-turn claimed my client was speeding, and the insurance company trotted out the skid mark angle again. Luckily, photos obtained from a witness at the scene, taken at the time of the accident, showed so many skid marks from so many vehicles that it became apparent no one could say which skid mark was which. The rider suffered a fractured pelvis, fractured left forearm and facial fractures resulting in one eye almost falling out. The case settled. Gnarly!
